Eligibility to Order
To place an order with us, you must:
• Provide accurate personal information, including your name, phone number, email address, and a valid UK delivery address.
• Note: We do not deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or accommodation addresses.
Pricing and Payment
• All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
• The total cost includes the price of the product, delivery charges (if any), and any applicable payment fees.
• Payments can be made using PayPal, credit cards, or debit cards. By completing a payment, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
Delivery Policy
• Free delivery is available for most UK Mainland locations. Additional charges may apply to remote areas, including Scottish Offshore, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
• Deliveries are made to the ground floor only, unless additional arrangements have been made prior to dispatch.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the item. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
• Failed delivery due to incorrect information or absence may incur redelivery charges.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for most products:
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
• Non-faulty returns may incur a return fee to cover courier and administrative costs:
• Small items: £10–£30.
• Large items: £30–£75.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after the item is inspected.
Exceptions
• Custom-made items, clearance products, and used bedding or mattresses are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange free replacement parts or full replacements if necessary.
Guarantees and Warranties
• All products are sold without a standard manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Faults reported within 30 days will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
Product Information
• While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, minor variations may occur.
• Approximate dimensions are listed and may have slight discrepancies.
Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled date.
• Inspect all delivered items upon receipt and report any issues within 30 days.
• Ensure safe and accessible conditions for delivery and collections.
Liability
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or issues outside our control.
• Our liability is limited to the total value of your order.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to orders placed after the update.
