Shipping policy

We’re committed to making delivery simple and transparent. This page outlines delivery areas, timeframes, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the UK mainland. Additional charges and longer timeframes may apply to remote areas, including Scottish Offshore, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. We do not deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or temporary accommodation addresses.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: typically 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Large/oversized items: typically 5–10 working days after dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout; dates are indicative, not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Method & Access

  • Deliveries are to the ground floor only unless otherwise arranged before dispatch. Additional services (e.g., room-of-choice) may be available on request and could incur extra charges.
  • Please ensure clear and safe access to your property. Couriers may refuse delivery if access is unsafe.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout. Free delivery may apply to UK mainland Only addresses; surcharges may apply to remote areas.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • On delivery: if the package appears damaged, note “Damaged” on the courier’s form before signing or refuse delivery if severely damaged.
  • After delivery: if damage or missing parts are discovered, notify us within 48 hours and before installation so we can lodge a courier claim.
  • Replacements: we provide replacement parts or a full replacement at no extra cost. Most replacements are fulfilled within 14–21 working days. If unavailable, we will arrange free collection and a full refund.

6. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days (see our Returns & Refunds Policy for conditions and fees).

7. Tracking & Communication

We’ll email you updates with dispatch details and tracking information (where available).
