At LALA Furniture, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below:
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care to ensure your items are securely packaged for delivery. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
• Damage on Arrival:
• If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend noting “Damaged” on the courier’s delivery sheet before signing or refusing the delivery if the damage is severe.
• If you accept the package and discover damage or missing parts later, please notify us within 48 hours to allow us to lodge a claim with the courier.
• Replacements:
• We will arrange replacement parts or a full replacement free of charge. Replacement times vary depending on the product but typically take 14-21 working days.
• If replacement parts are not available or the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a free collection and provide a full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item under the following conditions:
• The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in re-saleable condition.
• Returns must be arranged within 30 days of delivery.
• If you need us to collect the item, a collection fee will apply based on the size and location:
• Small items: £10–£30.
• Large items: £30–£75.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2-5 working days after the item is received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
To ensure the quality of returned products, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
• Custom-made or personalised items.
• Clearance products.
• Mattresses, bedding, and other close-contact items that have been removed from their packaging (for hygiene reasons).
Delivery Guidelines
• All deliveries are made to the ground floor unless prearranged. If additional delivery assistance is required, please contact us prior to dispatch for a quote.
• Ensure access to your property is clear and safe for delivery. Couriers may refuse delivery if conditions are deemed unsafe.
