Privacy & Data Use (summary)

• We collect contact, order and payment transaction information, account details and automated usage data.
• Payments are handled by secure third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• We use cookies; non-essential cookies run only with your consent. You can withdraw consent via the cookie banner or browser settings.
• We retain order records up to 7 years for tax purposes. For other data, retention is limited to the purpose for which it was collected.

Shipping (summary)

• Delivery area: UK mainland. Surcharges/time changes may apply to remote/offshore areas.
• Standard small items: 3-7 working days from dispatch. Large items: 5-10 working days.
• Deliveries to ground floor only unless otherwise arranged before dispatch.
• Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & refunds (summary)

• 30-day returns for most items if unused, in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
• Refunds issued to the original payment method and processed within 5 working days of inspection.
• Change-of-mind return collection fees (if Lala Furniture arranges collection): Small £10 / Medium £30 / Large £75.
• Faulty or damaged items: report within 48 hours - returns, repairs or replacements are free of charge.
• Some items are non-returnable unless faulty (bespoke, personalised, opened mattresses, clearance items).

This summary does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

Terms of sale (summary)

• Prices include VAT where applicable. Total cost shown at checkout includes product, delivery and any fees.
• We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards. By ordering you confirm you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order; we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.
