By placing an order with Lala Furniture, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which apply to purchases made via our website or other sales channels.

1. Eligibility to Order

  • You must provide accurate contact details, including full name, phone number, email address, and a valid UK delivery address.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or temporary accommodation addresses.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • The total cost at checkout includes product price, delivery charges, and any payment processing fees.
  • We accept PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method.

3. Delivery

  • Free delivery may be available to most UK mainland addresses; surcharges may apply to remote areas.
  • Deliveries are to the ground floor only unless alternative arrangements are agreed before dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and are indicative only.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or no one being available, redelivery charges may apply.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns: 30-day money-back guarantee for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Change-of-mind returns may incur collection fees: small items £10–£30; large items £30–£75.
  • Refunds: processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after inspection of returned goods; your bank/card issuer may take longer to post funds.
  • Damages/Faults: report within 48 hours of delivery and before installation; we will repair or replace where appropriate, or refund if not possible.
  • Right to Cancel (UK/EU): you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. You must return items within a further 14 days. We refund the product price (and the least expensive standard delivery). You are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind cancellations.
  • Exceptions: bespoke/made-to-order, personalised, clearance, bulk orders (3+ units), and opened bedding/mattresses are non-returnable unless faulty.

5. Product Information

  • We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery; minor variations may occur.
  • All dimensions/weights are approximate.

6. Guarantees & Warranties

Unless stated otherwise, products are sold without a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty information for a particular product will appear on the product page or documentation.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available on the agreed date.
  • Inspect items on receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.
  • Ensure delivery access is safe and suitable for carriers.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delivery delays or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our liability for any order is limited to the total value of that order.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is published on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
